Overview

Record display settings have been merged into the properties table. Use the Record Display row on the object settings page to choose which properties appear in list views and in what order.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings and open the property settings page for the target object (e.g., Company, Contact).
  2. Click the Record Display row in the property list.
  3. In the drawer, select the properties you want to display and drag to reorder them.
  4. Click Update to save and apply the changes to list views.

Notes

  • The old Record Display Settings block has been deprecated. Updates should be made from this row only.
  • Custom objects are managed in the same place (the property settings page).
  • Display choices are saved per workspace and per object, and previous order is carried over automatically.
