When Stripe Invoice can’t express your required layout (acceptance notes, mixed tax rates, multi-part charges), use Sanka Templates and still process payments via Stripe. You can import existing Stripe invoices into Sanka to standardize documents and AR.

Issue custom documents in Sanka

  1. Add invoice/acceptance/work-report templates to Sanka Templates.
  2. Create the invoice in Sanka and include a Stripe Payment Link or URL when needed.
  3. Example line items (fruits): apple x10, banana x8, peach x5, orange x12 with mixed taxes/discounts if needed.
  4. Track payments in Sanka and reconcile with Stripe settlements.

Import Stripe billing into Sanka

  • Bring Stripe Invoices/PaymentIntents into Sanka invoices/payments and regenerate documents using Sanka templates.
  • Add fee/FX adjustments so net deposits match invoice totals.
  • Manage all Stripe-origin invoices alongside Sanka-issued ones in a single AR view.

Operating tips

  • Keep Stripe for secure payment collection; use Sanka Templates for flexible documents and complex breakdowns.
  • Template recurring invoices and automate sends; include Stripe payment links to speed collection.
  • After import, verify statuses align; if mismatched, adjust mappings and fee/FX rules.
