Use Sanka Templates to produce picking lists for Shopify orders already synced into Sanka. Keep SKUs, locations, and quantities clear so warehouse staff can work fast and sync fulfillment back to Shopify.

Prerequisites

  • Shopify and Sanka are connected; products and orders are synced.
  • Locations are set up in Sanka with current stock.
  • A picking-list template (PDF/sheet) exists in Sanka Templates.

Steps

  1. Open the target order/shipment in Sanka and choose the picking-list template.
  2. For batches, select orders from a view and generate lists together.
  3. Include SKU, product name, quantity, and location (e.g., apple/sku-apple-01 x3, banana/sku-banana-02 x2, peach/sku-peach-03 x1, orange/sku-orange-04 x4).
  4. Share the PDF with the warehouse or use a mobile checklist to tick items while picking.
  5. Mark picking complete, update stock, and push fulfillment status to Shopify if needed.

Tips

  • Sort by location/zone to cut walking time.
  • Highlight look-alike SKUs to prevent swaps.
  • Trigger packing slips, labels, or customer notifications when picking is completed.
